1.  Who should enrol in this course?

Students who aspire to gain admission into the Gifted Education Programme.

2. Must my child enrol for all 10 lessons for both subjects?

It depends.

For students who joined our regular weekly GEP class sometime in the middle of the year, your teacher will advise which lessons your child should enrol for.

New students are strongly encouraged to enrol for all 10 lessons for both subjects so that they can catch up with students who have been  preparing since the start of the year.

3. What will this crash course cover?

Mathematics

Students will learn efficient methods to solve commonly-asked challenging questions from a range of topics covered earlier in the year in our regular weekly course.

English

Students will learn skills to tackle comprehension, cloze and vocabulary exercises designed in the same format and pitched at the same level of difficulty as the GEP Screening and Selection Tests.

General Ability

Verbal GA will be covered in the GEP English Module while Non-verbal GA will be covered in the GEP Mathematics Module. Students will learn how to think through non-routine questions and develop heuristics to solve them.
