The following question came out in the Mathematics paper of the 2020 GEP Selection Test.


If your Primary 3 child can solve this question (especially without using guess-and-check), it is a good indication that he or she is able think out of the box (pun intended) and come up with original solutions when presented with non-routine problems, a hallmark of GEP students!
